TEXT-A-CARD LLC. is an electronic publisher of wireless and web based products and services. This site is intended for individual business people as well as for Companies of any size to order products. Our Products are ‘Patented’ or in ‘Patent Pending’ status.

Both sender and recipient of a ‘wireless’ or ‘paperless’ business card need to have mms service activated on their cell phones or wireless devices, understand that mms fees may apply. The wireless (paperless) business card is a wireless based technology NOT a web based technology. Neither sender nor recipient need to have Internet access on their cellular phone or wireless device. Contact your wireless service provider regarding your plan. Your wireless version of your business card is created so it should be received and display as intended. Our product has also been developed to function compatible with the BlackBerry™ message sending protocols. There are technical circumstances that may affect the transmission of your wireless business card; inadequate wireless, cellular service or an incompatibility in wireless devices software with service provider. Both previously mentioned are out of our control.

From time to time we may contact you via email or sms text or mms message to inform you of new products or to perform customer satisfaction market research. Further, the Entity you represent or are employed may request us to inform them of who from their organization has ordered from our site and we willingly will oblige their request. We will never knowingly sell a business card to anyone not authorized to purchase it nor under the age of 18 years.

By ordering from this website and making payment from this website or by ordering from a designated Text-a-Card LLC. Independent Contractor or by assigning Text-a-Card LLC. as an ‘Authorized Vendor’, you are knowingly licensing Text-a-Card LLC. with limited right to use logos, Trade Marks, Copy Righted Materials, Registered and Company exclusive designs in the creation of the Products and Services offered on this website.

By authorizing or conducting business with Text-a-Card LLC. in the design of a Text-a-Card™ version of a business card you are authorizing Text-a-Card LLC., to at Text-a-Card LLC.’s reasonable discretion, to display such business card on the Text-a-Card LLC. web site for the purpose of marketing Text-a-Card LLC. products and services and to provide FREE marketing promotion for individual or company which is represented by such Text-a-Card™ version of a business card.

You are granted permission to access and use this Site and its Content for the sole purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services solely through Text-a-Card LLC.

You agree to use this Site in a responsible manner that is in full compliance with these Terms of Use and with your local laws and regulations. TEXT-A-CARD LLC. may terminate its service to individual customers found to be using Text-a-Card LLC. to engage in undesirable activities. You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you incorporate into your order. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your order unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations. You affirm that your orders do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your order. By placing an order on this Site, you warrant that you have permission, right and authority to place an order and you authorize Text-a-Card LLC. to produce the Product on your behalf and that of the company you represent.

Transfer of Title

Product will be delivered to the customer in an electronic format, the customer agrees that delivery of such Product shall be deemed to have occurred at the time we transmit the Product via mms and/or emailed to the customer. All responsibilities that go with such Product are at that time transferred to the purchaser, end user and/or the Company or legal entity they represent.

Indemnification

You agree that you shall indemnify and defend Text-a-Card LLC. and all parties from whom Text-a-Card LLC. has license regarding portions of Content, and their directors, officers, employees and Independent contractors, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you included into Product that was not part of this sites content.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Satisfaction Guarantee

We will make every reasonable effort to process orders and make delivery within 6 to 72 hours after payment is successfully processed. It is our intention to provide Customer Service and Tech Support to the best of our ability. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Support at 612-314-5960 within 90 days from the date you receive it and we will refund the full price of the product(s) in question. Be sure to double check your content carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. Please note that we cannot be responsible for: Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors typed by the customer in the information fields for product creation process or errors in user-selected product design made by the customer. Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images, Remember though, we do offer you ‘FREE Unlimited Revisions’ so we believe you will be satisfied.

We recognize the importance of your privacy. We value your privacy and appreciate your trust in us. This Privacy Policy applies to you and the entity you represent. By visiting and using this site you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share any of your personal information. The only information we retain is the same information you enter during the product ordering. We retain a back-up electronic file of your wireless version of your business card so if you ever accidentally delete it or upgrade your wireless phone you can request a ‘FREE Business Card Retrieval’ and we will send ‘text’ it back to you.
